“2 night 3 day stay.
Pros:The hotel Staff was friendly, rooms clean, breakfast buffet plentiful and well stocked, and the hotels location was close to amenities and transit.
Cons: Requested room cleaning be between nights that didn’t happen. $35 a day for parking was a surprise. One elevator not functioning the entire stay creating long waits for the elevator. And being charged $7 for a bottle of water that was never consumed in the room. That charge was noticed two days after checkout on visa...

“The hotel is brand new, so everything felt clean and well‑maintained. We stayed for three nights, and housekeeping came every other day — they made the beds but did leave some trash behind in the room. The hotel has three elevators, and since it was a busy weekend, we often had to wait quite a while to use them. The breakfast area was also consistently crowded, and while the breakfast staff was great. The front desk staff didn’t come across as particularly friendly. I’ve stayed at other Element...
